Quinn's (Rena Sofer) schemes on behalf of her son may begin paying off on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Quinn and Bill Strike A Deal About Wyatt?

She is sure that everything in Wyatt's (Darin Brooks) life will be made much easier if Bill (Don Diamont) makes him an official Spencer, just like he did for Liam (Scott Clifton). Not only would it open more doors towards his future, but Quinn believes having the Spencer name will also help increase his chances with Hope (Kim Matula), who is currently trying to decide between the two brothers.

Quinn has been asking Bill to make this move for a while, mainly so she would keep her mouth shut about their sexual escapades before he and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) got back together, but in a preview clip for the Wednesday, May 7 episode, her motives appear to be focused solely on providing the best chances for her son.

Wyatt Considers Exiting The Race For Hope's Affections?

"Do this for Wyatt. It would mean everything to him," she says in the clip.

Bill may still be hesitant to do so, forcing Quinn to potentially remind him that if he doesn't go through with it, she could spill the beans to Brooke. After some convincing, it appears Bill will reluctantly give Wyatt his name, as he will be called to the office to learn the news.

"Your father wants to make you a Spencer," Quinn gleefully tells her son in the clip.

Meanwhile, Brooke has received yet another huge shock from her sister, Katie (Heather Tom) and her ex-husband, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who have just announced their plans to marry to her. She is likely to react poorly after hearing the news from Katie, and may be about to storm out when Ridge stops her.

"You have captivated me for most of my adult life," he says to her.

Ridge may be saying the words to her to convince her that his love for Katie is real, and that while his heart belonged to Brooke for a long time, he has finally moved on from her.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
