Dina Manzo is returning to the show this season but rumor has it that she was fired after the second season because she forged her now estranged husband's signature to be on the show.
Former The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub sparked the speculation on Twitter earlier this week when she implied that she forged her ex-husband, Tommy's name on her contract so their daughter, Lexi could be on the show to help Dina's image.

"Dina wanted to be on and her husband wasn't willing to film the show. She needed her kid on so she could look good," Staub revealed.
That tweet has been deleted but another remains between Staub and a fan who reprimanded Manzo for forging her husband's signature to use her daughter.
Stab replied, "#forgery of a #legalDocument ..... *Involving a join parental decision* #truth be told #reasonUWereFired! @BravoTV."
Dina Manzo chimed in and gave her side of the whole ordeal, even though her tweets were later deleted as well. But not before she implied Staub's claims was a ploy for her to rejoin the show.
Manzo wrote, "Silly lies about me will not get you back on Bravo Danielle! I'm a lover not a fighter...I was never asked to have my ex sign papers. I didn't forge anything!"
That's when one fan conveniently reminded that Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Tamra Barney Judge could not have her children on the show because her ex-husband would not sign off on it; revealing that parents do actually have to sign for their children to make appearances.
Manzo continued and wrote, "My ex was fine [with] it. Never tried to cause trouble even though he was encouraged to. Bottom line is he was fine with her shooting and knew the whole time."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season six has not been given a premiere date yet.
