'Avengers 2' Mark Ruffalo Ready To Hulk Out In New 'Age Of Ultron' PHOTO, Prepares Motion Caption Work [VIDEO]
The Hulk is gearing up for a major role in The Avengers: Age of Ultron, and that means Mark Ruffalo is stepping back into the world of motion capture.
Ruffalo and director/writer Joss Whedon brought Marvel fans a whole new take on the giant green monster back in 2012, and the duo are working to improve the Hulks image even further for next year's Avengers reunion.
To do so, Ruffalo has teamed up with the man behind The Lord of the Ring's Gollum, motion capture expert Andy Serkis.
"Well, I have been working with the great [Andy Serkis] on the big green boy and he is going to be even better then [Avengers 1]," Ruffalo tweeted at the end of April.
Since then, Ruffalo has posted a photo of himself decked out in motion capture technology and it looks filming for Banner/Hulk is moving along smoothly, which is good considering the scientists large role in Age of Ultron.
"It's exciting, because [the Hulk] hasn't been in any other film, so you can expect to have a lot of Bruce Banner and Hulk in Age of Ultron," Whedon explained to the Reviewer before discussing the possibility of a Hulk solo film. "Where we go after that ? We'll see. It will be a little while before we figure that out but, we do think there's plenty of opportunities with the Ruffalo Banner."
