‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Relationships Are Torn Apart As E.J., Sami, Will, Sonny & Others All Become Suspects In Nick Fallon’s Murder? [VIDEO]
With the murder of one of the least popular people in all of Salem, nearly every character on Days of Our Lives is set to become a suspect during the pending investigation.
Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) was recently shot and killed, dying in front of nearly every potential suspect in his murder after stumbling into Horton Square. Following the shock of his death, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will now need to do her job as police chief -- and figure out just who shot and killed the least popular guy in Salem.
E.J. (James Scott) and Sami (Alison Sweeney) are two of the most likely suspects, as they had even compiled money together and put in a call to a hit man. They both had different motives for working together on this one -- Nick had photographic proof of E.J.'s affair with Abigail (Kate Mansi), and was working hard to ensure Sami's granddaughter Arianna would leave town with her mother, Gabi (Camila Banus-and Sami would never her again.
E.J. And Abigail Make Plans To Deal With Nick's Secret Spying?
Will (Guy Wilson) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) are also potential suspects in the crime, as Will is Arianna's biological father -- and if the child was whisked out of town, he and Sonny would lose the baby girl they've been helping raise. Likewise, other potential members of the extended family, including Will's father, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), his grandmother, Kate (Lauren Koslow), and Gabi's brother, Rafe (Galen Gering), could also have some responsibility, as none of them wants to see the baby go.
Another potential killer could be Abigail, who was also aware that Nick had photographic evidence of her dalliance with E.J.
A shocking potential suspect could even be Gabi herself, who previously appeared to be completely brainwashed by Nick, and would believe everything he told her. It was his moves to get Gabi to leave that made her decide she would cut everyone out of Arianna's life, and no one could understand why she was doing it -- until her stunning revelation that she knew exactly what Nick was up to. In fact, she wasn't brainwashed at all. She was just afraid of what he'd do to her if she didn't go along with his plans this time, considering their stormy past.
The drama is sure to continue getting more interesting as the hunt for a killer continues.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
