As the Nurse's Ball festivities begin to wind down, the drama is only continuing to simmer on General Hospital.

Dramatic Arrivals At The Nurse's Ball?

Several relationships are set to be tested at the event when secrets are revealed and old flames are forced to confront one another, and in a preview clip for the Tuesday, May 13 episode, things could risk getting ugly.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) has been torn between two old flames, Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Ric (Rick Hearst). Though she played a large role in Nikolas' split from Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), she has since been unable to make up her mind about which man to be with -- and each one's patience may be about to wear thin.

Ned Reveals Luke's Secret To Tracy?

"Tell me I'm wrong and I will walk away," Ric says to Liz in the clip after asking her if she does still feel something for him.

Elizabeth may confess to Ric that she does, but she has feelings for Nikolas too -- but her accepting Ric's invitation to the ball may have been the last straw for Nikolas, who could reconsider Britt.

"Is there no part of you that's not in love with me? Britt asks him.

Relationship drama will also surround Lucas (Ryan Carnes), who dumped Brad (Parry Shen) when he learned about his role in keeping Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu's (Emmee Rylan) baby away from them. Now his relationship with a Felix (Marc Samuel) has been exposed to Brad -- and he isn't happy that his two exes are dating.

"So you're with him?" Brad asks as he confronts the two.

Lucy (Lynn Herring) has been able to keep her secret affair with Scott (Kyn Shriner) away from her husband Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), but the secret could finally be exposed at the ball if she and Scott are caught together backstage before her big number.

"You want me, or do you want Kevin?" Scott asks her.

However, though plenty of drama is happening at the ball, there's something potentially more dire happening at the Neo-Natal Intensive Care unit in the hospital itself. Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) are visiting with their extremely premature infant son when suddenly the breathing machines appear to get out of control and a frightening alarm begins to sound-scaring the new parents.

"Why is the alarm sounding?" Sabrina asks as nurses scramble to potentially try and save her son's life.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
