‘Days of Our Lives’ Soap Spoilers: Sonny Becomes Prime Suspect For Nick’s Murder As Daniel Confronts Nicole Over Evidence? [VIDEO]
The mysteries are only becoming more difficult to solve on Days of Our Lives, as the investigation into the murder of Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) becomes more complicated than ever.
Everyone a Suspect In Nick Fallon's Murder?
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) has been working as hard as she can to figure out who pointed a gun at Nick's back and pulled the trigger, but her list of suspects is simply too large for her to close the case quickly. With so many enemies in Salem to begin with, and recently stirring up even more trouble with people he probably shouldn't have tried messing with, Nick became an easy target.
The easiest assumption that can be made in the case is that someone who was unhappy with Nick manipulating Gabi (Camila Banus) to leave town with Arianna was responsible for the shooting. Potentially narrowing her list down to the family members who would be left behind in Salem, Hope will start questioning her suspects, beginning with Sonny (Freddie Smith), Will's (Guy Wilson) husband. Because Will was Arianna's biological father, it isn't too far of a stretch to imagine that Sonny was equally upset about the young girl he was helping raise being whisked away -- making him one of the prime suspects in the murder.
Abigail Feels Guilty About Nick's Murder?
Despite bringing Sonny in, however, Hope will still have a long way to go before she can likely rule the case as closed.
Meanwhile, another shocking secret in town has finally been exposed, as Daniel (Shawn Christian) has uncovered the evidence Nicole (Arianne Zucker) has been keeping from her fiancé Eric (Greg Vaughan). She has known for months that the night he slept with Kristen wasn't his fault, and he was actually drugged -- but knowing the truth could force him to end their engagement and allow him to go back to the priesthood. Because she's in love with him, Nicole has been keeping the secret. However, now that Daniel knows the truth, she may need to finally come clean with her love -- and risk losing him forever.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
