Tony Stark is putting his money behind the Avengers when the superheroes reassemble for Age of Ultron.
SHIELD is in complete disarray following the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the genius, billionaire, philanthropist, playboy, will be stepping up to fill the void, according to JoBlo.
Stark be will not only be bankrolling Earth's Mightiest Heroes, but he will also be housing and clothing them. Based on Captain America's (Chris Evans) Avengers emblazoned suit and the potential for Stark Towers to be rebranded as Avengers Towers, JoBlo claims Stark's stakes in Nick Fury's (Samuel L Jackson) team will be higher than ever.

As for the actual members of SHIELD, it is unknown how much they will feature in Marvel's Phase Two capstone film. As per recent Agents of SHIELD episodes, Nick Fury is currently taking an extended vacation, Coulson (Clark Gregg) is now in charge of rebuilding SHIELD, and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) is working for Stark Industries. Bearing this in mind, any of the trio could pop up when Ultron starts to cause chaos.
