'The Voice' Season 7 Judges: Gwen Stefani Already Getting 'Coached' For New Gig By Usher, Adam Levine? [VIDEO]
Even though she is set to join the judging panel for the upcoming seventh season of The Voice, it looks like Gwen Stefani is getting a little coaching herself.
Gwen Stefani To Replace Christina Aguilera
The chart topper has been seeking advice from other panelists, including Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and Usher. Both Gwen and Pharrell Williams will be replacing season 6 judges Shakira and Usher. Veterans judges Levine and Blake Shelton are set to come back with Stefani and Williams, in the highly anticipated season.
According to Levine, the Maroon 5 frontman is looking forward to working with his new team. "I've been a fan of Gwen's and Pharrell's for so long - they're both such inspirational people. They're incredible, and it's such a score to be able to get them on this show," he said.
Usher Wants New Coaches To "Follow His Lead" On The Voice
Usher, meanwhile, has been offering his own advice on how the new coaches can succeed. Usher just pulled a win in season six himself with new champ Josh Kaufman.
"(They can) be motivated by the fact that I was able to win The Voice. I think they are both incredible artists, and as long as they are true in the process of working with talent as they are with their creative, then it should work. They're geniuses."
Meanwhile, it seems as though Stefani is spending as much time with her family as possible as she was last spotted going to a friend's house for Memorial Day weekend with her husband, Gavin Rossdale, and her three sons, Kingston, 8, Zuma, 5, and three-month-old Apollo.
The Voice Season 7 is set to debut this Fall.
