The Sleepy Hollow PD is getting a new boss for season 2, and the sheriff won't be particularly tolerant of Abbie and Crane's supernatural shenanigans.

Jeremy Crane's Journey To Be Further Revealed On 'Sleepy Hollow'? Execs Preview War's Five-Year Journey

Considering the whole apocalypse gig landed Captain Frank Irving behind bars and separated Sheriff Corbin's (Clancy Brown) head from his shoulders, perhaps Leena Reyes' (Sakina Jaffrey) unwillingness to step into Crane's pot of time traveling crazy isn't a bad move.

In honor of Sleepy Hollow's newest law enforcement officer, we've put together a gallery of former PD members and their fates in order to...welcome...Reyes (see photos above). Or to encourage her to run while she has the chance.

"There's a new sheriff in town," explained executive producer Roberto Orci, according to E!. "Obviously, Irving has been discredited and now he's been taken upstate, so the Sleepy Hollow Police Department still has to be run by somebody and that person may not be as open as Irving was by the end of the season with Abbie and Crane. So somebody may be making their life very difficult."

'Sleepy Hollow' Season 2 Gets 18 Episodes, Uninterrupted Season On Fox?

A former resident of the Hudson River Valley, Reyes will be tapped for the job following a stint working with the U.S. Boarder Patrol in Texas, reports E!.

Don't worry, however, it may be an episode or two before Crane (Tom Mison) and Lt. Mills (Nicole Beharie) have to deal with the regime change. With Abbie stuck in purgatory and Ichabod trapped six-feet under, finding out who's in charge of the fuzz is the least of their problems.

Sleepy Hollow will return to Fox this fall.
