True Blood Season 7 is set to be a bloodbath because infected vampires are coming to Bon Temps. When Season 6 left off, Mayor Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell) wanted to help protect the humans.

How? Mayor Merlotte said each healthy vampire should look after a human. Opinions were split, but according to TV Guide, it doesn't matter since the H-Vamps are coming to town.
"The bloodbath quickly ensues," the website wrote about when the H-Vamps come to Bon Temps. The casualties could be anyone with the spoiler, "In fact, one character's fate is so jaw-dropping that you'll spend the rest of the episode wondering if what you just watched was a dream." It wasn't, which means anything could happen this season on True Blood.
Who Is Bill At War With In Final Season?
As executive producer Brian Buckner warned, "Fans can expect a bloody barbecue with consequences in the season premiere. Nobody's safe."
The premiere episode is entitled Jesus Gonna Be Here and is directed by star Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton). Sookie (Anna Paquin) has to seek refuge from people blaming her for the influx of the H-Vamps. But, Sookie will be likely be okay with Bill and Alcide (Joe Manganiello) on her side.
Even though Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) hasn't been featured in any trailers, the actor did give a preview of where his character has been. "He's surrounded by a lot of wet snow," Skarsgard told TV Guide about Eric's locale. "That might give you a hint. The environment of northern Sweden helps him quite a bit."
True Blood comes back June 22 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
