Revenge for assorted activities will make everyone realize just how much their lives are in danger on Devious Maids, but the scariest situation of all will easily affect Marisol (Ana Ortiz) and Nicholas (Mark Deklin).

All of 'The Dirty Secrets And Lies' Set To Be Exposed?

Following Opal's (Joanna Adler) firing, the new power couple could be in for a fight for their lives -- even though Nicholas survived Opal's previous attack of running him over with a car. Her son, Ethan (Colin Woodell) has already been revealed to be involved with the rash of burglaries that resulted in Alejandro's (Matt Cedeno) death -- and he could try and kill again on his mother's behalf.

However, Opal's potentially vengeful plans could hit a major snag when Ethan refuses to help her anymore.

"I'm tired of being your accomplice," he says to her in a preview clip for the Sunday, June 8 episode.

"We had a deal," she says to him.

Opal could find herself spiraling into an uncontrollable state throughout the rest of the season, something that could be hinted at in the episode's title, Night, Mother.

All of the episodes for the show's second season have come from plays, and the play for this particular episode takes its namesake from the protagonist warning that she plans to take her own life -- only after she suffers from divorce, disease, having a criminal for a son, and finally, her inability to find a job.

As Opal is forced to deal with her new unemployed status, and potentially learns more about her son's illegal activities, it could all cause her to do something she will later regret.

Devious Maids airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
