As if Andy didn't have enough drama on ABC's Rookie Blue, the new guy and her trainee is coming after her legally; and fans aren't very happy.

One of the upsides (or downsides, depending how you look at it) of the fifth season Rookie Blue premiering in Canada weeks before the United States, is that U.S. viewers will get lots of spoilers on the details of the upcoming episodes.

In the fifth episode of Season 5, called Going Under, Duncan, a.k.a. Selfie, has thrown some pretty serious allegations against Officer Andy.

Andy, Nick & Sam's Love Triangle Not Ending Anytime Soon?

Andy starts to question herself and asks, "What if I gave up too soon?"

Duncan's latest move definitely takes away some of his fan base for viewers who have already tuned in to the fifth season. One fan commented on the promo uploaded to YouTube, "Pathetic!(in reference to Duncan) he's a sorry excuse for a police officer how did he even make it out of the academy?"

Another added, "Bad move for Duncan. He just went from lovable rookie to probably the most hated now. you don't mess with McNally. watch out Duncan cause once Sammy finds out, he's gonna be gunning for ya!!"

Duncan isn't the only new cast member stirring up trouble this season. Inspector John Jarvis (played by Oliver Becker) plays a cunning politician who wants to expose whether Division 15 is really as great as they seem.

But of course she isn't the only one going head-to-head with others during the episode. It seems like he's been pretty quiet this season but Chris Diaz has his own issues.

He owes a mystery man money and while he promises to pay up, it doesn't look like the guy is buying it. He vows to Diaz that "the darkness will descend" if he doesn't get his money.
