‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Anna Breaks News Of Shooting In Ric’s Cell To Liz & Molly As Sam Investigates The Accident? [VIDEO, POLL]
Another mob-war related shooting has taken place in Port Charles, though surprisingly, no one from the mob may have pulled the trigger on General Hospital.
Ric Tells Sonny 'He's Not His Enemy?'
Anna (Finola Hughes) revealed to Ric (Rick Hearst) that she had a plan to help prove his innocence because she knows he isn't Julian Jerome's (Michael DeVry) boss. However, before a potential plan can be put into place, a gunshot rang out from Ric's cell after Nathan (Ryan Paevy) went to down to get him and transport him to the courthouse for arraignment.
No one knows for sure yet what happened or who was shot, but things don't look good for Ric in a preview clip for the Thursday, June 12 episode.
Sam Starts Investigating Patrick's Accident?
"What happened? Is it my father?" Moly (Haley Poulus) asks a stunned Anna in the clip.
If Ric is indeed shot, it would raise questions as to why Nathan would suddenly and inexplicably turn his gun on him -- though it could be part of a master plan to help Ric hide safely as Anna works to find out who is really working with Julian. However, in order to be convincing and keep Ric in genuine protective custody, he would need to be presumed dead by his loved ones -- including Molly and his girlfriend, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).
The shooting could also have been unplanned, however, and Ric may have gone for Nathan's gun and shot him so he could escape and not go down for a crime he didn't commit.
Meanwhile, a different criminal investigation is about to be opened, as Sam (Kelly Monaco) begins looking into finding out who caused Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) car accident -- and the inadvertent death of their newborn son, Gabriel.
The news may not be good for Rafe, however, as he has had some bad memories lately -- and is snorting coke -- and could secretly be the one responsible for what happened.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
