One thing is for sure this season, Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert will not be having an easy go of it. The couple is reported to be on the rocks during the MTV reality series' new season, which features conflict between the two and severe strain on the relationship.

Leah, 22, and Jeremy, 25, struggled with their marriage during part one of the show's fifth season.

While the two agreed to get help to work on their relationship and seemed to be doing better, the preview for the program's return indicates little change. Leah said she's "drowning" in her daughter's medical bills they have to pay and felt the pressure of raising of their three children.

In the most recent preview, Leah told her husband that she felt "controlled" by him and did not approve of the way in which he treated her. "You never have any faith in me," she declares, "I never get to do anything because I'm not allowed."

Between the medical bills, the strain of parenting, and the challenges of youth, can their relationship be saved? The two have sought out help before in order to stay together and they could choose to do so again, but the couple can only try so many things before determining whether or not they will be able to see it through.

Teen Mom 2 returns to MTV on Wednesday July 16 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
