Transformers 4: Age of Extinction Gets Mixed Reviews Ahead Of Release
The premiere of the movie took place in Hong Kong on June 17, and the synopsis for the film was also revealed. Accoring to the brief, Optimus Prime and his band of mates will face "their most fearsome challenge" and the movie will take the threat up by a huge margin.

"Transformers: Age of Extinction begins after an epic battle left a great city torn, but with the world saved. As humanity picks up the pieces, a shadowy group reveals itself in an attempt to control the direction of history...while an ancient, powerful new menace sets Earth in its crosshairs. With help from a new cast of humans (led by Mark Wahlberg), Optimus Prime and the Autobots rise to meet their most fearsome challenge yet. In an incredible adventure, they are swept up in a war of good and evil, ultimately leading to a climactic battle across the world."
Jack Reynor and Mark Wahlberg are the male leads of the film. Reynor will be playing Shane Dyson, a race car driver. Peltz acts as Reynor's girlfriend, Tessa Yeager, and Wahlberg will portray Peltz's dad, Cade Yaeger. Kelsey Grammer will be playing the role of Harold Attinger, a counter-intelligence agent who is the main antagonist in the film.
Transformers: Age of Extinction will hit theaters on June 27, 2014.
