Frank Dimitri sang the classic of another Frank when he charmed judges and audience members alike with Sinatra's I've Got The World On a String. "My dream is to sing on stage," said the humble Dimitri during his pre-audition interview, "And hopefully the judges will like me."

Dimitri, who worked as a bartender from the age of 28 until he retired at 69, captured hearts from the first note. Quickly the audience stood up and people began clapping along, drawn in by the uncanny resemblance between Dimitri's voice and that of Sinatra himself. "Thank you, thank you," said Dimitri as he finished and the audience roared, "You're very kind."

The judges more than liked the smooth crooner, unanimously voting him through to the next round. Dimitri even received a kiss from judge Heidi Klum.

When asked why it had taken so long for him to share his voice with the world, Dimitri admitted that he battled a strong stutter throughout his life. Sometimes it broke through, sometimes it didn't, but it kept him fearful of performing on stage until he finally got up the nerve to audition for the NBC talent competition.

"Time takes care of everything," said Dimitri, and with his move into the next round, it might just be his time to shine.

The NBC talent competition airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
