'Scandal' News 2014: New Clothing Line Inspired By Kerry Washington & The ABC Show Coming To The Limited [VIDEO]
Fans of the hit ABC drama series Scandal have good news today, as a new clothing line inspired by the show will be hitting stores this fall. Actress Kerry Washington and Scandal designer Lyn Paolo have teamed up with fashion retailer The Limited to come up with a line that will allow fans to copy Olivia Pope's signature looks on the small screen.

The fall collection will include tops, pants, jackets, and outerwear that will emulate Olivia Pope's "sophisticated" and "cutting-edge" style, with prices starting at $49.
The line will also have a "quintessential neutral palette" with "soft feminine colors" that will make it easy for customers to mix and match pieces for modern, everyday looks.

"By creating a line inspired by the show, we are introducing a collection that embodies the elegance and power of the Scandal aesthetic for real-life gladiators and everyday fashionistas," Washington said in a statement. "The collection is a nod to our devoted fans, to fans of fashion and to women everywhere who are inspired to boldly pursue their passions and look good while doing it."
Paolo added: "The whole team took great care in creating a collection that reflects Olivia Pope's unique style. We believe the collection tells a story of confidence and professional sophistication as well as maintaining a strong feminine point of view."
The collection will debut in The Limited's stores nationwide on September 22. It is also the fashion retailer's first collaboration with a top-rated network television show.
Scandal is returning for Season 4 on ABC this fall.
