Jennifer Lopez is opening up about her famous body and how she feels much more confident now than she did 20 years ago.

The 44-year-old singer and dancer recently dropped ten pounds thanks to a new diet that included a five-week meat, dairy, and gluten-free plan. She also credits her strict workout regimen for her new toned-down body as well.

"You go to work out, you go to watch what you eat. It's a job - you've got to buckle down," the chart topper told Us Weekly.

Lopez dropped down from a size four to a two in less than two months and looks visibly slimmer than when she first appeared in the celebrity spotlight almost twenty years ago.

"Her diet is built around plants. Rather than ordering steak and then adding vegetables, she asks for vegetables and adds in sides of protein," a source close to Lopez says.

Meanwhile, it looks like Lopez's new love interest might also be contributing to her new outlook on life, too. She's been spotted getting very flirty with Dancing With The Stars bad boy Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The two were allegedly "flirting and getting cozy" with each other during a night out on the town after Lopez's performance at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut over the weekend.

Although Lopez has just ended her almost three-year relationship with Casper Smart, it looks as though she may have already moved on with back up dancer Chmerkovskiy, as they have been rumored to be seeing each other for some time now.
