The cast of Marvel Studios' The Avengers: Age of Ultron will make their presence known at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, and they may be bringing a Hulk-centric clip along with them.

While it might sound like a mundane announcement - there was never really any doubt that Joss Whedon would sign his team up for the year's biggest con - Doctor Who's decision to pass on this year's festivities proves that fans should always expect the unexpected.

Luckily for Marvelites, Mark Ruffalo was kind enough to explain Age of Ultron's plans for the upcoming event.

"Yeah, we're gonna go out there. We're all flying, we're flying from London [where we are filming]," Ruffalo told Collider. "We're working. We're shooting. We're gonna stop and get on a plane and go to Comic-Con together. It's gonna be amazing."

When Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Evans (Captain America), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Ruffalo, and Whedon arrive in San Diego, they will hopefully bring along a teaser clip so fans have something to think about before the 2015 release. However, what is in the clip remains a mystery.

"There might be some cool new Hulk, Hulk-o, Hulk-o-phobia, Hulk-o-phernalia. Hulk-a-phernalia," Ruffalo informed Collider.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron will hit theaters on May 1.
