Revenge on an enemy could cause repercussions unlike any that have been seen before in Port Charles after Franco (Roger Howarth) puts a huge plan into action on General Hospital.

Franco Threatens Sonny

Franco has been unhappy about just how close his girlfriend Carly (Laura Wright) has been to her ex-husband Sonny (Maurice Bernard), and considering her knows Sonny's deepest secrets, he has warned the mobster not to mess with his relationship. However, when the bond between Carly and Sonny seems unbreakable, he will resort to extreme measures and potentially spill Sonny's biggest secrets to the one person who still doesn't know the truth -- Michael (Chad Duell).

"There's something you need to know about the man you call father," Franco says to Michael in a preview clip for the Monday, June 30 episode.

Patrick Remembers Something From His Accident

Franco knows that Sonny killed Michael's biological father, A.J., and if Michael learns the truth, he will officially cut Sonny out of his life for good. Though pulling such a stunt could wind up costing Franco his relationship, the chance to get revenge on Sonny could just be too irresistible to pass up.

Meanwhile, Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Patrick (Jason Thompson) have been investigating the accident that wound up inadvertently causing the death of Patrick's infant son, Gabriel. They arrived at the mechanic's to see about any cars that showed up in the shop that night and hit pay dirt -- they will learn who the car was registered to. But the name Sam sees in the book could shock her to no end.

"Sam, who owns the car?" Patrick asks her after seeing her visibly stunned face in the clip.

Rafe (Jimmy Deshler) is believed to be the culprit due to his recent drug addiction coming to light -- but his name could still not be the one listed in the book as he is still a minor -- and under the care of his uncle (and Sam's boyfriend) Silas (Michael Easton) -- which could explain Sam's shock.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
