Ruffalo previously revealed that the motion capture guru would be lending a hand in working out any of the green monster's issues (just on camera, not his laundry list of psychological problems), and Serkis followed up his announcement with a little one of his own.

"The Imaginarium is the performance capture consultant, and I'm playing a role (in both films)," Serkis told Variety of his work on Star Wars: Episode 7 and the Avenger: Age of Ultron.

It is currently unknown whether or not Serkis will be recognizable as himself.

"I'm not at liberty to mention," Serkis said when asked. "But it's all the same to me. I've never drawn a distinction when playing a role, whether it be live action or performance capture. Acting is acting. It's just basically what you wear to the set that's different."

Marvelites can find out more when The Avengers: Age of Ultron brings the Hulk and Serkis' unnamed character to the big screen on May 1.
