‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Patrick Attacks Silas Over Hit-And-Run Accident As Ava Confides In Delia About Her Problems With Sonny [VIDEO]
The driver of the hit-and-run accident which caused the inadvertent death of Patrick's (Jason Thompson) infant son Gabriel has been found -- or so he believes -- on General Hospital, and now the grieving father wants his revenge.
Sam Shocked By Person Responsible For Patrick's Accident
He and Sam (Kelly Monaco) were in for a shock when they investigated the accident at a mechanic's and found a car that was registered to Sam's boyfriend Silas (Michael Easton) was brought in right after the accident, which points the finger of blame directly at one of the people that wasn't the expected culprit. Now, Patrick will confront Silas for the crime he now believes he is responsible for.
"You son of a --" Patrick says as he tries lunging at Silas in a preview clip for the Tuesday, July 1 episode.
Sam and Patrick Seek Answers About The Accident
However, Sam is right there, and will step in between, stopping Patrick's attack so Silas can tell his side of the story.
"Hey, no, no, no," she says as she cuts Patrick off and pushes him away from Silas.
The car may have been registered to Silas, but could have still been driven by someone else -- like his nephew, Rafe (Jimmy Deshler), who has secretly been dabbling in cocaine and could have been driving the car while high.
Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) is finally divulging her fears about her pregnancy, and has turned to an unexpected source for help -- her mother, Delia (Ilene Kristen).
"Your baby's father wants to kill you?" Delia asks in the clip.
Despite not making the threat directly to Ava recently, Sonny (Maurice Bernard) does indeed still want to end Ava's life because she killed Connie-he just is waiting until his heir is born before he does it.
"As soon as the baby's born, she's done," he says to Shawn (Sean Blakemore).
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
