‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Rick Warns Aly About Oliver As She Says She ‘Doesn’t Need Protection’ From Him [VIDEO]
Aly (Ashlyn Pearce) has been known in the past for having extremely unstable emotions, and her history could persuade her Uncle Rick (Jacob Young) to share news about Oliver (Zack Conroy) with her on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Oliver Confronts Maya About The Recording
After Maya (Karla Mosley) gave Rick a recording of Oliver saying he was only dating Aly for job security, he warned the photographer that he better not have the wrong intentions-and Oliver claimed to have initially had them, but he has genuinely fallen in love with Aly since.
Now, despite telling Oliver he wouldn't let Aly know about the recording, Rick may consider changing his mind because he wants to ensure his niece doesn't suffer from a mental breakdown if she learns the truth the hard way.
Oliver Tells Aly He Loves Her?
"If Oliver's using Aly, why shouldn't she know?" he asks his wife Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) in a preview clip for the Wednesday, July 9 episode. "The longer she doesn't, the more hurt she'll be."
However, when he tries to warn Aly that Oliver may not be the greatest guy out there for her and she could find someone better, Aly will come to her boyfriend's defense, explaining to Rick that she knows who she's with, and he's a genuinely good person.
"Oliver is so not like that. He's kind, and gentle and patient," she says. "I love that you're looking out for me but I don't need protection from Oliver."
If Aly hears the recording Maya made however, it could send her into a major spiral-and Oliver's job may not be the only thing on the line if she cracks.
The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
