Ridge Doesn't Remember Being Engaged To Katie?
The Co-Vice President of the company, who heads the couture line and is world-renown for his talents as a designer, realized soon after his return that he couldn't remember how to draw--a huge problem for him. After storming out of the office and going home, he is now worried that he will never be able to get his talent back unless the fog from his concussion clears and he can remember not only his accident, but his life beforehand.
While he doesn't appear to believe in himself, his fiancee Katie (Heather Tom) does--she just thinks it will take time for him to get back to normal.
Bill & Justin Worry Ridge Will Remember The Accident?
"If you remember what happened, and you're able to process the trauma that you went through that afternoon, you can begin to heal," she says to him in a preview clip for the Thursday, July 10 episode.
Ridge will soon remember what happened--he was dumped from the helicopter after taking Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) away during her wedding to Bill (Don Diamont). However, he didn't realize he had climbed into the wrong helicopter--Bill's--and as a result, Bill and Justin (Aaron D. Spears) teamed up and dumped him in the Persian Gulf. Just before he fell however, Ridge noticed the insignia for Spencer Publications on Justin's uniform.
Meanwhile, as Ridge suffers at home, at the Forrester office, his family is beginning to worry about whether or not he'll be able to continue in his position.
"If Ridge is heading up couture, he needs to be on top of his game," Rick (Jacob Young) says in the clip to their father, Eric (John McCook).
"He's a singular talent," Eric replies. "I have no doubt that he'll lead this company into the future."
The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
