It looks as though Kate Gosselin might be headed to a courtroom again, but this time around she won't be seeing her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin. Instead, rumor has it that she is ready take legal action against author Robert Hoffman, who has written a tell-all book slamming the former reality television star.
Kate Gosselin Slams Rumors That She "Bullies" Her Children
In Hoffman's book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, The Rise and Fall of a Reality TV Queen, he wrote that Kate used to beat her children with a wooden spoon and was very cruel to the family's pets. But according to sources close to Kate, she might not be filing a lawsuit just yet.
"Kate's not going to take any legal action at this time," an insider tells Radar Online. "She feels the book is already 'out there' and thinks that even though a lot of things are fabricated and untrue, she doesn't feel the need to drudge up old news and waste unnecessary money on attorney fees that could go to feeding her children's mouths."

Meanwhile, the mother-of-eight isn't letting the book pull her down, as she's been retweeting inspirational quotes on her Twitter account.
Kate recently tweeted, "If someone treats you like s---, just remember that there is something wrong with them, not you. Normal people don't go around destroying other human beings."
Kate separated from her ex-husband Jon in 2009 before officially divorcing him in 2010.
