Those who sign up for CBS' The Amazing Race have to go through some intense training to get themselves in peak physical condition for a race around the world--but new cast members and TNA Impact wrestler Robbie E and Brooke Tessmacher have revealed their different strategies which helped them prepare.

Whitney Duncan and Keith Tollefson 'Amazing Race' Winners?

The two wrestlers, who were confirmed by CBS to be taking part on the 25th season of The Amazing Race, both revealed their workout techniques which helped them get in top shape for a race around the world--which involves both challenging physical and mental tasks as teams compete to win the ultimate prize of $1 million.

Though the two wrestlers are used to being in great physical condition for their careers, they still needed to prepare in a new way for the race--and chose yoga and twerking for their workouts.

Robbie E and Brooke Finish In Top 3?

Robbie allowed TMZ to film him and fellow wrestlers DJ Z and Jesse Godderz on July 6 as they struck a few of the poses which helped him get ready

Striking poses including the Downward-Facing Dog, the three wrestlers also stretched out after a long day by standing on one leg in tree positions, and also did a few lunges.

While Brooke hasn't opened up about what workouts she specifically applied to her pre-race regimen, she has shown off her "Twerk-Outs" before for the Impact365 Youtube channel.

One such video, from October 2013, shows the female wrestler twerking in several spots in the gym--including on a sauna bench, locker room bench, against some machines in the gym and one-handed against a wall.

It's unclear what place the two finished in their race around the world, but their fans will definitely be able to watch as they try to win the $1 million prize when Amazing Race returns this fall.

Season 25 premieres Friday, September 26 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
