Selena Gomez might be sending her on-again, off-again boyfriend a message and this time she's doing it through her body language. There's been speculation that the Hollywood actress might have gotten breast implants to lure Bieber into a relationship once again.

The 22-year-old starlet was spotted showing off her "enhanced features" in a revealing black tank top while she was out and about in New York City this past week, with many wondering if she indeed did go under the knife.

A source close to the star, though, is denying that she had plastic surgery and instead suggests that Gomez was just having a very uplifting day.

"This is a rumor that comes up all the time," a source tells E! Online. "She did not have any work done."

Just this past week, Gomez and Bieber sparked break-up rumors once again while Bieber was parting in Miami on the 4th of July with his friends while Gomez was spotted in Malibu.

The Daily Mail reports that Gomez attended the Red White & Bootsy 4th of July party on Friday in Malibu, Calif. Gomez was seen spending the holiday with friends and even posted an Instagram shot of her celebration captioning it "July 4th, 2014."

According to sources close to the couple, though, many say they aren't surprised by how on-again and off-again they are all the time.

"It is always on-and-off," a source told Us Weekly. "Same story, every other week, every year. Now they are together again, next week they won't be. They never stop talking, even when you don't see them together -- that never changes. They fight, take a break, and then get back together. No surprise that it happened once again."
