Chasing Life is about to get extra dramatic when April kisses someone who is not her boyfriend although the other man may have his own issues up his sleeve.

'Switched At Birth' Tragedy Chatter

On Tuesday, Hollywood Life posted an interview with Scott Michael Foster (Leo) who dished on his character becoming the "other man" after he and April kiss, leaving Dominic out. Despite anyone thinking that either of these two are bad people, it all comes from an emotional situation when Leo tells Rachel that she might never be able to have children.

Foster talked about what's to come later in the season as well as what his character is going through during this heartbreaking situation.

"He definitely has a heart," the actor said. "I think he does soften up, as the season continues, but at the same time, I think he is misunderstood and not really the bad boy. I can see why people would see that, but I think he has so much on his plate that it may look different than it actually is, I think we will see exactly who Leo is, as the season continues and people will be happy with the turnout."

The site also pointed out a previous time when Foster said that Leo and April "have something together," but that doesn't necessarily mean it'll lead to a happy ending.

"He is a complex guy with some complex issues or situations he has gotten himself into, so I would say he has challenges to handle," the actor said.

Chasing Life airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
