On July 17, a new Bustle report hinted that Frank's new nemesis could be Jackie Sharp (Molly Parker), a third-time Congresswoman. She succeeded Frank as the House Majority Whip when he became Vice President. As most of Frank's enemy's are now out of the way, it is being suggested that Jackie might slowly become an issue for him. She is part of his inside circle and can wield a lot of information against him, turning into some kind of a "double agent."
It was also recently revealed that the third season's trajectory wasn't going to be as planned as the first two seasons of the show, might give rise to unexpected twists and turns, making it more exciting for viewers. So fans might be surprised by a new turncoat is Jackie.

The second season of House of Cards just earned a whopping 13 Emmy nominations and the Netflix executives are completely psyched by this massive pat on the back. So the producers sent across an ice cream truck to the site of filming for season 3 to celebrate with the crew of the show.
The third season of House of Cards is currently filming in Maryland, where the first and second seasons were also shot. Initially, the continuation of filming of the third season of the Netflix series was fraught with troubles over the past few weeks as the producers weren't getting permission from the State of Maryland. But the issue was finally resolved on April 25.
