Dr. Simone Whitmore has spoken out after the shocking fight on Bravo's Married To Medicine reunion special.

The Truth Behind Mariah Huqq and Toya Bush-Harris' Fight

During an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine Thursday, Whitmore admits to being one who talks lots of smack, but she also feels her co-stars should be able to handle it because they do the same.

"If you're going to volunteer to be on reality TV, you have to understand everything that comes with it. There is some good and there is some bad. I'm a s--- talker. Not many can handle it. I'm finding out."

One of Whitmore's most controversial moments was arguing with Toya Bush-Harris that seemed to turn physical in part one of the show. Whitmore confessed she she was in danger.

"I felt that if there were not people in the room, that she would have hit me, had she had the opportunity...Let me say this: I do not start anything with anyone. I believe that there is a wife or two on my show who thought hey could attack the doctors, say whatever they wanted to to the doctors and there would be no recourse. Unfortunately, somebody picked the wrong doctor to go after. I am not the one."

She sent out a message to anyone that wanted to "come for her" and let them know that she is going to return the favor as well.

She used Bush-Harris' decision to call her a "bad mother" as an example.

"Toya could not have thought with any brain cell in her head that when she said, 'You're a bad mother,' that's going to be the last word heard."

However, Whitmore probably wasn't expecting Bush-Harris to charge toward her after Whitmore called her "raggedy and broke."

She then took a shot at Bravo producers for not protecting her and said if they cannot do so, she'll think twice before signing on to another season.
