Showtime's Penny Dreadful will be making their Comic Con debut this week in San Diego, and on Monday actor Reeve Carney urged fans to send in questions to be answered during the cast's Q&A panel.

New 'Human' Antagonist For 'Penny Dreadful' Season 2

The musician and actor, who frequently tends to his social media presences, went on Twitter to inform his 51.8K followers that they could tweet their questions using the hashtag #AskPenny and that some of those questions would be asked during the Penny Dreadful panel at the convention.

The panel will be held Thursday, July 24 at 6 p.m. Creator John Logan is scheduled to be in attendance, along with actors Carney (Dorian Gray), Josh Hartnett (Ethan Chandler), and Harry Treadaway (Victor Frankenstein).

Carney and Hartnett will also be signing autographs on Thursday at 10 a.m. Logan and Treadaway will return Friday to meet with fans and for their own signing session held at 10 a.m.

Noticeably absent from the convention is Timothy Dalton, who plays the series' patriarch Sir Malcolm, as well as Danny Sapani (Sembene) and Rory Kinnear (The Creature). It also seems that both female leads, Billie Piper (Bona Croft) and Eva Green (Vanessa Ives), will not be attending the Comic Con this weekend.

While the performers have been enjoying the time off, Carney and Hartnett both spent some time in New York, Comic Con will reunite most of the cast as they prepare to begin shooting for season two. Production is set to begin sometime next month in Ireland, where the first season of the program was shot.

Penny Dreadful returns to Showtime for a second season in 2015.
