Demi Moore's Daughters "Considering Restraining Order"
Demi Moore's three daughters are considering taking a restraining order out against their actress mother.
Moore, 49, is distraught over losing contact with her three daughters.
"Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are seriously considering taking out a restraining order against Demi to stop her from contacting them," a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com. "They made it clear to her weeks ago that they do not want to talk to her right now but she is still trying to contact them."
"Demi has been calling them incessantly and emailing them, leaving them tearful messages and begging them to call her and the girls are sick of it. It is a really drastic measure and not something they are considering lightly but they just feel like they want some peace and quiet," the source added.
"Demi is beside herself over the situation," a source previously told RadarOnline.com. "She hasn't spoken to Scout, Rumer or Tallulah for weeks now, they won't return any of her calls, emails or texts.
"The girls have cut off all contact with Demi, and she is absolutely devastated by it. She has returned to work and is trying to hold herself together, but this is a really tough time for Demi."
A legal expert tells Radaronline obtaining a restraining order is not that easy. Moore's daughters will have to prove more than just annoying phone calls: "You can't get a restraining order against your mom when she's trying to call you. If that were the case, many, many more people would all be in court!!"
As previously reported, the relationship between the girls and Demi has reached "breaking point" after a series of fights and they have cut off all contact with her. According to several reports, the girls continue seeing Ashton Kutcher and that has caused more tensions with Moore.
"'They [Rumer, Tallulah and Scout] all adore him and talk to him regularly which Demi hates, but he was a huge part of their lives when they were growing up and they don't want to break off all contact with him," according to another report on Radar.
Moore checked out of rehab in March where she was allegedly treated for eating disorder, exhaustion and substance abuse.
Moore was rushed to a hospital on January 23 after suffering seizure-like symptoms. She was treated for what her publicist characterized as stress and exhaustion, but was widely reported as issues related to substance abuse and an eating disorder. Though never confirmed, the 49-year-old actress was believed to be in rehab at the Cirque Lodge, a posh Rocky Mountain facility known for treating other celebrities.
Moore spiraled out of control after her breakup with husband Kutcher last November amid reports that he was cheating on her.
