Botched is about to get more disturbing and bizarre when a patient gets her breasts done with graphic details.
Drastic Tummy Tuck Scene On 'Botched'
On Friday, E! News posted a clip of the next episode where a patient named Cynthia goes into surgery after suffering from breast cancer at a young age. Dr. Terry Dubrow goes into detail on how he's going to work on her chest, which will involve making her breasts more symmetrical. When she checks into the clinic, her husband asks her if she's nervous. It turns out that she's "super nervous" although she's hopeful.
"This means the world to Cindy," her husband, Billy, says. "She's been putting this off for a long time and hopefully in the next few hours, her life will change and I'll have my beautiful wife back."

When Cynthia is officially in surgery, Dr. Dubrow can be seen pulling implants out of Cynthia's breasts, one of them that is completely destroyed. He mentions that it's basically "exploded" and that it's been ruptured for a long time.
"It was fortunate that she had the surgery," Dubrow says. "Because when an implant ruptures, you want it out of there because it can clog up your lymph nodes and start migrating throughout the body."
According to the doctor, Cynthia didn't feel good wearing bikinis or bras, but this surgery ought to make a change. The clip then shows how even Cynthia's breasts look, which Dubrow defines as "a very good reconstructive result."
Botched airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on E!
