Fans of HBO's gay dramedy Looking will need to wait until January before they can get new episodes of the news hit, but the cast and show creator have managed to help whet appetites until then.

New Characters To Add Some Diversity?

While appearing at Outfest on July 14, cast members Jonathan Groff and Frankie J. Alvarez, as well as creator Michael Lannan, dropped some vague, but still intriguing hints about what fans would see on their screens when the show came back for season two in 2015.

One thing fans can definitely look forward to? According to Alvarez, the new season will provide more of a group dynamic-meaning it will have plenty more scenes of its three male leads as they interact.

Jonathan Groff Reveals 'Dream Sex Secene' For Season 2?

"I think you can expect a lot more interplay between the three of us," he told The Backlot. "We'll delve into those friendships a little deeper, so it'll be fun."

In addition to more interaction between Patrick, Dom and Agustin, fans may also get to see quite a bit more when it comes to the events of the men's love lives-after already showing them struggle in their own ways to find everlasting romance in San Francisco.

"I don't want to say anything that's going to give anything away, but I guess a lot happens in season 2," Groff said. "I was surprised when they were telling us how much kind of develops and goes on in the course of ten episodes."

And for those afraid the show could potentially try and change things up too much in the new season, their fears have officially been pushed aside, as creator Michael Lannan assured things would still have a similar feel to season one, but would show more growth within the men,

"You'll see everyone continue on their journeys like you've seen in season one, and I think all the characters learned a lot in season one, and were going to see what they do with that," he said. "I know that's vague but it's going to be a nice evolution of the show, it's going to have a lot of the same aspects that people really responded to in the first season."
