According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kristin Bauer van Straten, who plays Pam, got emotional a couple of times during the show's 75-minute panel, especially when she spoke about Alexander Skarsgard (Eric).

"I've been crying for a year about when that day would come," she admitted, while getting teary-eyed. "With Alex, that's the most significant relationship for me and for Pam. I thought he would be rock solid and sweet, but when I saw him crack ... I was like, 'Oh no.'"

Executive producer Brian Buckner also talked about killing off fan favorites like Alcide (Joe Manganiello) and Tara (Rutina Wesley) saying that there are "consequences" for those living in a supernatural world.

"I feel like an executioner," Buckner said, "but I think we handled it as best we could."

Buckner was also asked about the perception that Sookie (Anna Paquin) wasn't honoring her boyfriend Alicde's death enough. "When people die in your life, you don't always see it coming," Buckner said. "I don't mean to be defensive, but I kind of feel like we're honoring those characters. That was what the episode this past weekend was about. You don't get to mourn before it happens."

Although the cast is sad to see the show end, they seemed to happy to be with each other again at Comic-Con. Stephen Moyer (Bill) even tweeted a photo of Sam Trammell (Sam) and wrote, "Lovely Sanmy baby. Gonna miss him."

True Blood airs Sunday nights on HBO.
