It looks as though Kate Gosselin isn't doing too well in the romance department these days. Rumor has it that the reality television star's alleged boyfriend and bodyguard Steve Neild has dumped her and returned back to his wife and sons to work on his marriage instead.

According to Radar Online, Neild quit his position as Gosselin's bodyguard to take on a new job instead and apparently doesn't have any communication with the mother-of-eight, either.

Neild's neighbor tells the site that his wife gave him an ultimatum, saying, "it's either her or me."

Kate Gosselin Admits That She Sometimes Cries Behind Closed Doors

"Gina told him his time with Kate as her bodyguard was making the family miserable and that he had to make a choice," the source said. "Gina used every trick in the book to keep Steve from straying and it worked. She even lightened her hair and exercised, and she looks like she's in the best shape of her life."

Meanwhile, it also looks as though Kate Gosselin is having a hard time finding help these days, and that's mostly because her former employees keep on dishing the dirt on how difficult it was to work with her. The reality star's former nanny reveals that Gosselin often made it very hard for anyone to work in her home unless they abided by her rules, and her rules only.

The former employee is now telling media outlets that Gosselin had a list of rules in a manual book that her nannies and housekeepers had to abide by and that she had so many "pet peeves" that it was hard to get anything accomplished in her house.

"We always had to refer to the manual because it listed her pet peeves," one of Gosselin's former nannies tells E! Online in a new interview on Wednesday. "You couldn't put anything on the ground. You had to put shoes in a certain spot. You couldn't close doors loudly. You could only vacuum during certain times of the day if she was home."
