After the incredibly positive response following a surprise Comic-Con panel, director Christopher Nolan's latest film, Interstellar, has garnered even more interest than most people already had. The film, which stars Matthew McConaughey, released a new trailer that put the space voyage story on full display.

Nolan, McConaughey Show New Intersteallar Footage At Comic-Con, Wows Crowd With Visuals

Interstellar revolves around a group of explorers who make use of a newly discovered wormhole "to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage."

The latest trailer can be found on Interstellar's website. To get through, users have to enter the code "7201969," as in, the date that Apollo 11 landed on the moon.

The trailer puts the massive scale that Nolan has created for this story on display with the spaceship shooting through star clusters and deep space with what will most likely be beautiful IMAX shots. McConaughey looks to continue to be on top of his game with the lead performance and one would think he could grab some Oscar chatter, even though another win would be unlikely.

The scenes in the ship are reminiscent of Alien with an eclectic crew of people coming from different walks of life with McConaughey's character wringing them all together for the mission. The human touches in the script also mark as something bigger than just a movie set in space -- it looks like something personal.

Nolan seems invested in this film, much on the level of Inception, and this could be something completely new and celestial for him.

Interstellar was written by Jonathan and Christopher Nolan and also stars Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Casey Affleck, Michael Caine, David Oyelowo, Wes Bentley, John Lithgow, Ellen Burstyn, Topher Grace, David Gyasi, Mackenzie Foy, Bill Irwin, Timothée Chalamet and Matt Damon.

It opens in theaters on November 7.
