The episode has been titled, Corto Maltese, and this could mean a lot of things. According to a report it is the name of an island by South America in the DC comicverse. It goes on to highlight that Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) had once made a reference to the island in an episode in season 2. The inference that is drawn is that the episode will have something to do with John Diggle (David Ramsey).
