Is Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant Villa Blanca getting sued again? A new report surfaced that a former employee had filed a new sexual harassment suit.

TMZ reported yesterday that Pastry chef Martha Diaz filed a suit claiming that her manager "touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pics in her locker."
Diaz doesn't mention Vanderpump by name in the lawsuit, but does say she complained to "upper management and ownership."

However, Vanderpump denied any lawsuit on Twitter account yesterday. "Nobody suing villa Blanca...wrong again an old complaint between two kitchen staff..oh dear." This newest report comes days after it was rumored that Vanderpump was selling Villa Blanca.
TMZ reported on Tuesday that Vanderpump had listed her Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca for sale and that Hilton & Hyland (as in Rick Hilton) have the listing.
The rumored sale and rumored second lawsuit comes weeks after Villa Blanca was involved in a lawsuit with another former waitress and told to pay $100,000 in punitive damages.
Vanderpump joked about the "sale" on her Twitter account also today. The reality star wrote, "Alright everything is for sale ok?Pump,Sur,VB. Me,my house,my body...no offers yet."
"I draw the line at the sex monster....@giggythepom But a gigolo can always be rented."
Vanderpump is currently filming Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which is supposed to air this fall on Bravo.
