As season 3 of Arrow is currently filming, all manner of spoilers are surfacing online. Manhunter To Be Played By 'Medium' Star In Season 3 Of Arrow

Movie Pilot reported that the argument that is shown between Diggle and Oliver in the recently released teaser probably had to do with this development.

Recently it was revealed that the title of the premiere episode has been titled, Corto Maltese, and this could mean a lot of things. According to a report it is the name of an island by South America in the DC comicverse. It goes on to highlight that Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) had once made a reference to the island in an episode in season 2. The inference that is drawn is that the episode will have something to do with Diggle.
