NCIS: Los Angeles may hold onto DEA Agent Talia Del Campo as season 6 kicks off.
Talia (Mercedes Masohn) already filmed for the season 6 premiere, and TV Guide recently reported that the bold agent might not bid farewell to Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Kensi (Daniela Ruah) when "Deep Trouble: Part 2" concludes.
Instead, Talia could stick around for a second episode this fall. It doesn't look like she will be in episode 2, however, since filming is already underway for "Inelegant Heart" and Masohn's name has yet to be connected to it.
'NCIS: LA' Season 6 Filming Begins, Deeks Has Short Hair?
Talia dropped into the NCIS: LA world during "Fish Out of Water," and immediately desplayed a clear attraction to Deeks. After Kensi returned from Afghanistan, Talia once again joined forces with the special ops team for the season 5 finale. This time, however, she spent most of the episode trying to out do Kensi for Deeks' attention.
Her presence, combined with Deeks and Kesni's own relationship issues, may make season 6 a rough one for the couple.
"There's a lot of love between these characters, whether they've established it as being a romantic love or sexual tension or friendship or brotherly and sisterly love," Ruah told E! of the Densi pairing. "There's obviously a really strong connection between these characters and we'll have to keep watching the build or destruction of the relationship."
