With DC's latest schedule had many guessing what movies they intended to make. Well according to one Warner Bros. executive, it seems like Justice League will be coming sooner rather than later.

During an interview on Friday with Entertainment Weekly, Warner Bros. president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman said that we will find out what some of those untitled DC films are later this month and, as paraphrased by EW, "that the first real Justice League adventure might be closer than you think."

The outlet then suggests that Warner Bros. could make use of the Batman vs. Superman hype by quickly following it up with a sequel that would introduce more classic characters fast. Feldman added that "while it hasn't been officially announced, I think it's a pretty good bet."

DC Sets Dates Up To 2020 For 'Justice League' And More, 'Batman v. Superman' Moved To March

Batman vs. Superman made the move to March and DC has another 2016 release date set with the possibility of a Wonder Woman movie taking that spot. It would make sense to have Justice League in the first 2017 slot as it would allow DC to warm up audiences to Superman through Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman as well as Batman in the latter.

Gal Gadot is set to play Wonder Woman and it would make sense that with her set in place, WB moves forward with a standalone movie to allow her to grow more into the role prior to Justice League.

As of now, it seems like the staple heroes are set for Justice League, but more could join following Batman vs. Superman's release.
