Major Crimes' summer finale will be airing tonight and some spoilers are leaking out about the popular TNT show.
Why Tony Denison Supports 'Shandy' On TNT's 'Major Crimes'
According to TVEquals.com posted on Monday, the episode "Zoo Story" Rusty's mother (played by Ever Carradine) continues to struggle with the law and her sobriety, while a special investigation into the disappearances of young women lead to a battle between Major Crimes Division and the Special Operations Bureau.
Star Mary McDonnell, who plays Sharon Raydor, had previously told TV Line that her character had reached her end with Rusty's mom Sharon Beck.

"'Enough is enough.' It's that simple," McDonnell said about how her character feels right now about Sharon Beck. "I think that Sharon [Raydor] has tried very, very hard to both help this young man [Rusty] and guide him through this maze and not be too intrusive and also allow the potential for, you know, whatever [relationship] with his mother, because the hope would be that there would be a rehab situation and eventually some kind of healing. That's what you'd want for anyone. But things are not going that way."
McDonnell also said that Raydor definitely takes action in tonight's episode, although she never loses her temper. Major Crimes may have its summer finale tonight, but the spin-off of The Closer isn't going anywhere.
The show was just renewed for an upcoming fourth season. "We're so good together now," McDonnell said about the cast. "So, you really do come to work looking forward to whomever is in that scene."
Major Crimes airs tonight on TNT at 9 p.m. ET.
