'The Hobbit' Part 3 News: Unreleased Footage From 'Lord of the Rings' To Be Included In 'The Battle of the Five Armies'? [VIDEO]
As filming for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies finished, very amusing rumors suggesting that unreleased footage from the Lord of the Rings will feature in the final of The Hobbit trilogy.
But it seems like director Peter Jackson's words were misunderstood in an interview he did with GigJets.com. Jackson had stated that "unreleased footage" from the Lord of the Rings will feature as a bonus in new LOTR releases.
"There are a few scenes that haven't been seen from Lord of the Rings, but not many. We might try to put them back in," he said. "It's a big logistical thing which hasn't wrapped our heads around. But if there's enough interest [we might]."
