It's no secret WeTV's Braxton Family Values star Trina Braxton is known as the fun sister, but her party girl, promiscuous ways could have landed her in jail for a law she didn't know existed.

As fans gear up for Thursday's Season 4 premiere of Braxton Family Values, WeTV released a never-before-seen clip of Towanda Braxton informing Trina of a strange law.

Towanda said, "Trina, I just want to tell you about a law that's in Indiana. Oral sex is banned."

While the other sisters who sat around the table looked shocked by Towanda's news (even Tamar exclaimed, "She tried it!"), Trina tried to look at the bright side.

"Well I live in Georgia...So there you go. I wasn't in Indiana when I did it," Trina joked, referring to an incident in which she cheated on her husband, Gabe.

Love & War singer Tamar joined in on the joke and urged Trina to steer clear of the Hoosier state.

"We gone let you off the bus before we get to Indiana."

Even though the sisters are able to joke and laugh with one another, the sneak peek of Season 4 reveals they also experienced lots of trying times that seemed to tear them apart.

Not only do they "butt heads" about the style of their upcoming sisters, gospel album, Towanda has an outburst that already has everyone talking. Take a look at the extended trailer below.
