While the world is still in shock over actor Robin Williams' untimely death, his former co-star Jennifer Lopez remembered him on her Instagram account with a few touching words.

Lopez and Williams worked together on the 1996 film Jack. The actress took to her social networking account to express her shock and sadness over the 63-year-old's death.

She wrote on Monday, "Sad, sad, day... My condolences to Robin's family and friends. He brought light to every room he entered and was a true comedic genius. The world will miss you, Robin! #RIPRW."

Along with Lopez, many Hollywood stars expressed their grief over Williams' passing on Twitter on Monday.

"Stunned. Devastated. I reasure my time with him. Robin was and always will be an original and brilliant kind soul," singer Josh Groban wrote.

"Terrible news about Robin Williams. Thoughts and prayers for his loved ones and friends," Shannen Doherty wrote.

Williams won an Oscar for Good Will Hunting. His other memorable films include Dead Poets Society, Jumanji and Mrs. Doubtfire. He was also in the recent CBS series The Crazy Ones.

According to a press release from Marin County Coroner's office posted on Entertainment Weekly, it's suspected that Williams may have died from "suicide due to asphyxia."
