While MTV's Jenelle Evans isn't afraid to get tough with her critics, the 23-year-old Teen Mom 2 star released a heartfelt message to fans on Tuesday in appreciation of their openness with her.

"When u guys come up to me and tell me that you u r in the same situation I'm in and can relate and understand.. I give me even more motivation..to share my story some more with all of u. Thanks for all the support and I seriously appreciate it," tweeted Evans.
The mother of two then offered her fans encouragement, assuring them that they are not alone in the struggles they face. "Always understand," Evans assured them, "Whatever situation u may be in, no matter how bad it is, u ARENT alone. U are not the only one! Just find support!!!"

Having faced teen pregnancy, addiction, criminal charges, marital abuse all on national television, Evans knows a thing or two about challenges. Her situation became so severe that her mother, Barbara Evans, had to step in and take custody of her son Jace, now five.
Slowly, Evans has been piecing her life back together, making significant changes in the last year. She has moved in with boyfriend Nathan Griffith and is working hard in school while at the same time raising Jace and her newborn son with Griffith, Kaiser Griffith, born back in June.
