According to Sofia Vergara, is takes a lot of work to be her every day. The Modern Family star admits that it takes more than hour to complete her beauty routine every morning before she's out the door and headed to work.

The actress, who is currently dating Joe Manganiello, says she is aware of all the time it takes her to look flawless but doesn't care how late she is to meetings because she enjoys getting ready everyday to look 'flawless.'

"My routine takes an hour and 15 minutes," Vergara admitted to Redbook magazine. "I take my time. I like showering, scrubbing, bubbling. Everyone is always rushing me! They'll lie about when an event starts to try to get me there on time. But I always know, so I don't give a damn."

While she loves getting herself dolled up, apparently there's one thing that the Colombian beauty hates, and it's getting manicures.

"I don't have the patience for someone to give me one. So I'll paint my nails in the car on the way to the Golden Globes or to the airport," Vergara added.

Meanwhile, the actress admitted that she is having a "great time" with Manganiello.

The Hollywood actress recently opened up about her boyfriend and said she's enjoying her time with him while having fun.

What's more, Vergara also admitted that her family approves of her new man. The couple recently made headlines when they took a short trip to Miami to visit with Vergara's family.

Asked if her mother approved of him, Vergara told Extra, "What is there not to approve of?"
