'Switched At Birth' Season 3 Spoilers: Summer Finale Will Have A 'Huge Cliffhanger' Involving A Speech? [VIDEO]
The stars of Switched at Birth gave some teases on what's to come in the season finale with anticipation on what's going to happen as the fourth season approaches.
Tank & Emmett 'Best Bros' Chatter
On Saturday, Clevver News posted a live interview with Vanessa Marano and Katie Leclerc who play Bay and Daphne on the series. Marano mentioned that her character always identifies with the "underdog," but now Daphne has taken over that status.
"Her 'sister' at this moment is kind of the underdog," Marano said. "So I feel like in our finale, we're going to see Bay trying to pull Daphne out of the place that she's in and help her, and I don't know, is it going to work out for them? Is it not going to work out for them?"

Marano then revealed that one moment that all the fans can look forward to is the last scene- although Leclerc said she wasn't excited about that. This gives some curiosity if something terrible is going to happen to Daphne. Even though they didn't say much, the girls agreed that it's a "huge cliffhanger."
"There's also a very beautiful three-page speech that Katie performed for 12 hours straight," Marano said.
It turns out that Leclerc practiced this speech in English and in sign language, but there's no word on what that speech will be about. Leclerc mentioned that she's looking forward to it so it'll probably be a memorable moment.
Switched at Birth airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
