Josh, Elijah, & Oliver Form An Unlikely Alliance For 'The Originals' 2nd Season
"My Original son! #Klaus #Mikael," wrote Sebastian Roche (Mikael) on Instagram Saturday. Alongside the message the star included a photo of him and actor Joseph Morgan (Klaus) cheek to cheek smiling for a quick photo.
Roche and Morgan had both recently boasted training for some sort of fight sequence on The Originals, indicating that father and son might finally face off on the supernatural drama. If so, it seems Klaus might be the one coming out on top.
'The Originals' Films 'Long And Violent' Night Sequence For Season 2
Morgan announced on Twitter Thursday that he'd begun some "long and violent" night shooting, indicating that production for his fight sequence had begun.
Only a few days later, however, Roche left the set.
"Aaah!!! California!!! I missed you.." claimed Roche on Instagram Saturday along with a photo of some palm trees set against blue sky.
While The Originals takes place in New Orleans, production is in Atlanta. While Roche's recent return to California could just be a break from filming, it's possible that the star could be returning home following the death of Mikael after finally confronting his son on The Vampire Diaries spinoff.
The Originals returns to The CW for a second season on a new night Monday, October 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
